How will I know when my bins are scheduled to be cleaned?
We will clean your bins during normal business hours the day following your normal trash pick-up day. For example, if your trash is picked up on Mondays, your trash bin cleaning will be scheduled for Tuesdays. For your convenience, we will also send you an email 4 days prior and a text 1 day prior to your scheduled cleaning, reminding you that we are coming to clean.

What areas do you service?
A: Brighter Bins is currently serving Augusta, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Appling, and Harlem.

Does the cleaning process waste a lot of water?
No. In fact, the Brighter Bins process uses significantly less water than if you were to clean the bins yourself. The water used in this process is emptied into the 500 gallon grey water tank on our truck and disposed of at our own on-site sewage disposal under EPA guidelines. This ensures that contaminants from your bins cannot make their way into neighborhood storm drains.

Q. When will Brighter Bins start cleaning my bins?
A. If the need to get your bins cleaned is urgent, please send us an email brighterbins@choosemegah.com or call 706-842-9769 and we will do our best to accommodate the request. Otherwise, your bins will be cleaned the next time your neighborhood is scheduled. That could be a few days, up to a few weeks, depending on the time during the cycle that you subscribe.
